JOB PURPOSE:
The Transport Services Shift Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the department, including but not limited to: human resource management and workload prioritization. Creates a highly efficient, accountable, and collaborative team environment with staff and with customers.

Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three years of previous Support Services and/or healthcare experience required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, and equivalent education may be substituted for experience.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
BLS or Heart Saver CPR AED certification required.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree highly preferred.
