  • Health Benefits

    Eligible full-time, part-time, and PRN employees have access to medical and prescription drug plans with Cigna for themselves and eligible family members.

  • Employer-Paid Long-Term Disability

    Provides eligible employees with a 50% level of income protection once STD coverage ends. Choose to purchase an additional 10% of LTD coverage to increase protection to 60%.

  • Employer-Paid Short Term Disability

    Eligible full-time and part-time employees have access to short-term disability which replaces 60% of base pay for up to 180 days.

  • Use Paid Time Off (PTO) your way

    Take vacation, holidays, and personal time.

  • Dental & Vision

    Eligible full-time and part-time employees have access to vision plans through Eyemed and dental plans through MetLife for themselves and eligible family members.

  • Maternity Disability Leave

    New mothers receive a 100% base pay replacement with a 60% benefit while on leave and a 40% lump-sum payment made upon return to work.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts

    Eligible full-time and part-time employees have access to Healthcare and Dependent Daycare Flexible Spending Accounts.

    Your contribution, coupled with Piedmont’s 6% matching contribution, can help you reach your retirement savings goals faster. Employees are match-eligible after one year of service and 1,000 hours worked.
